Great level of service provided. The two ambulance crews were absolutely brilliant. They treated my Mum with tremendous respect and dignity when transporting her safely from the bedroom to the ambulance and then from the ambulance to the outpatient's clinic. At a difficult time for our family, it was such a relief to deal with compassionate, consummate professionals.

I have a medical condition and yesterday during the Ministry of Sound Orchestral event, I experienced an acute pain episode. I came to you asking to have some "space" to take my medication and you obliged. Once well again, I managed to dance until the bitter end (us "oldies" have still got it!). I want to say thank you for your kindness and especially the hugs. Oh and the cup of tea!
